American Renal Associates Holdings, Inc. Announces Filing
of Registration Statement for Proposed Initial Public Offering
BEVERLY, MA (August 31, 2015) - American Renal Associates Holdings, Inc. (“ARA”) today announced that it has filed a registration statement on Form S-1 with the United States Securities and Exchange Commission (“SEC”) relating to a proposed initial public offering of its common stock. The number of shares of common stock to be sold and the price range for the proposed offering have not yet been determined. American Renal Associates Holdings, Inc. has applied to list its common stock on the New York Stock Exchange under the ticker symbol “ARA”.
