Corporate Compliance
ARA’s Compliance Program is represented by a written plan that articulates the ethical principles that underscore ARA’s corporate culture – or the way we choose to operate our business. This mandatory program continues to evolve as the organization grows.
What is our “Corporate Culture”? In sum, it states that ARA and its affiliates will (i) comply with all laws and regulations; (ii) conduct its business in accordance with the highest ethical standards; (iii) adopt this Compliance Program, which contains standards and procedures to direct ARA employees through the maze of laws and regulations that govern our business.
The purpose of our Compliance Program is to prevent and detect violations of law by employees providing services for ARA. ARA is committed to employee education and enhanced communication at all levels of the business operation.
